My name is Poppy Peach, and I am a trauma-informed horse trainer and animal communicator based in East Sussex, UK.

NOURISH AND REFLECT
A new year workshop to meet yourself where you are, through song and somatics
When: 3rd January 2026, 1:30pm-4:30pm
Where: Subud Centre, Lewes, East Sussex
Price: £30/person
New Year can centre around trends of reinventing and resetting yourself. This workshop, in contrast, is focused on meeting and honouring yourself exactly as you are. It will include singing with Josie (no singing technique or skills required!), somatic exercises and journaling with me, and creating a vision board for 2026.
